Claretta Rideout, CEO, started DeQuan's in 2000 after years of service as a Police Officer and Corrections Officer in the Baltimore Metro area. Her love of the construction industry stemmed from her father who was a General Contractor as she was growing up. That knowledge and inspiration stayed with her as she determined what direction she wanted to go in life. Now she uses her knowledge and professional background as her motivation on every project.
